Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Coordinator with a strong background in Bitcoin mining and machine maintenance. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting our Bitcoin mining operations. This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with our international stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities related to Bitcoin mining operations. 

Monitor and optimize mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. 

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mining equipment and machines. 

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mining machines to ensure smooth operations. 

Coordinate the movement and installation of mining machines, including physical labor work. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 

Communicate with international stakeholders in English and Mandarin to ensure effective communication and coordination. 

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, equipment, and maintenance activities. 

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in Bitcoin mining. 

Requirements: 

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders. 

Strong background and experience in Bitcoin mining operations. 

Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mining equipment and machines. 

Ability to perform physical labor work, including the movement and installation of machines. 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges. 

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. 

Flexibility to travel to 65 Little Bend Road, Rogers, Wolf County, KY, as required for on-site operations.
